Mrs. Nikishia Morgan is the Founder and Owner/Operator of Kingdom Kiddies II Family Childcare Home in Southwest Philadelphia. Nikishia was previously a director in the School District of Philadelphia. Having a long-standing relationship with the Pennsylvania Department of Education, she directed the largest teen parenting program in the Commonwealth. Nikishia brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and experience in the education and social work sphere.
Nikishia has worked in the child welfare system for over 20 years, holding positions as a Child Development Specialist and Social Worker in residential treatment facilities throughout the City of Philadelphia. Nikishia is trained in several evidence-based curricula, uniquely expressing some of her greatest strengths - researching and providing proper resources to assist youth with becoming self-sufficient.
Nikishia earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Lincoln University, and MSW graduate degree from Temple University. Currently, she is an Education doctoral candidate at Walden University.
